Enhance Your Divine Feminine Energy By Leaning Back

Lean back mentally and physically into your Divine Feminine energy.

In the past, society taught us women to put other people's needs before our own. According to this theory, it is our role to be the nurturers and protectors. We had to show that we're happy, while we receive very little in return. Instead of rejoicing this theory, we were feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, and very empty inside. And worst, the men in our lives became withdrawn, distant, and eventually disappeared.


The truth is we were never meant to lean forward and do for others, while neglecting ourselves. Furthermore, it was always the man's role to be the nurturer, protector and doer!


Feeling shocked? This is because society had taught us something different than the truth. When we take care of other people, we are in masculine energy. I'm not saying we shouldn't be in this energy at all. Our masculine energy helps us to raise children, complete household chores, and finish other tasks that are necessary a well functioning lifestyle. However, spending a lot of time in masculine energy is very unattractive with men.


Being in feminine energy means that you are moving slower and more graceful. You're thinking less, and feeling more.


By feeling our true emotions from deep within our bodies, we develop a stronger connection with a man's heart. This is super attractive to him!


Been leaning forward lately? Have no worries. Leaning back is the quickest way to pull yourself into your feminine energy.



LEAN BACK MENTALLY


Imagine that there is a hole in between you and your man of interest. Only one person can lean forward and fill the hole so they can lead the relationship. In order for your man to have a strong attraction for you, he needs to fulfill this role.


When you lean forward by worrying, over-thinking, and trying to "fix" the relationship, you are covering this hole, and preventing your man from being able to lean into it. Remember, this space can't be filled by the both of you!


Picture yourself leaning away from the hole. Relax and take deep breaths while you are doing this. Feel yourself making this move as you bring your shoulders to behind your ears. This will become natural for you as you keep practicing this



LEAN BACK PHYSICALLY


You are the prize for your man, not the other way around!


This means that you don't have to keep your energy and focus on him and the relationship. When you focus on yourself, and provide the intense love you feel towards him to you instead, he will feel a strong pull towards you.


In other words, men fall in love with women who are in love with themselves.


Write down a list of activities that you can do so you can take the focus off your man and your relationship, and place it on yourself. Commit to doing something on the list every day. The following are examples of activities that you may consider.



Take moments to stop what you are doing and relax.

Do this while meditating, watching T.V., listening to music, taking a bubble bath with lit candles. Just make sure your body is very relaxed.



Dance.

Although any dance is okay, the ones that require you to move slower and more sensual, are preferred for increasing your feminine energy.



Take long, slow baths.

You can make your baths more enjoyable by being in a candlelit room, and by adding bubbles and rose pedals to the water.



Walk slowly.

Walking fast is masculine energy, and you are sending signals to men that you are not available to them. Move slower, while gently swaying your body in a feminine way (this effect is easier to accomplish when you're wearing high heals).



Lean back.

Actively lean your upper body back. Do this while you are sitting in a chair, standing, and walking.



Do many feminine activities.

Learn trendy hair and make-up styles, have your nails painted, join yoga or Pilate classes, go shopping, buy feminine clothes and accessories, etc. Have fun with this!



Pursue your passions.

Focus on your hobby, or take on new ones. Join an art class, even those online, or write stories or poems.



Take control of your health.

Exercise and make better food choices.


Improve your social life.

Reconnect with friends and family members.



Practice feeling.

Your ability to feel your emotions is an important tool to connecting with a man's heart. Explore all of your feelings, not just the happy ones.
